Lawrence Isbenzckie joined the Marines a year after graduating from high school, and graduated from boot camp at Paris Island, South Carolina. Larry then attended technical school and was assigned as a Medical Technician at the Marine Corps Air Station at Cherry Point, North Carolina.

He re-enlisted during the summer of 2008 and is currently stationed in Okinawa with the III Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Courtney.
