Charles Wilson enlisted in the United States Navy in 1965 and received his basic training at Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. Charles attended advanced training at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida. Upon graduation was stationed at Pensacola as an Electrician’s Mate, and then was transferred back to Great Lakes Naval Station, where he completed his enlistment.

After leaving the Navy, Charles worked for General Electric until his retirement in 1999. He and his wife Dorothy make their home in Sun City, Arizona.
